Beijing time March 25, according to the Daily Mail report, during his intense legal dispute with his former fiancée, Luka Doncic has hired one of the world's most renowned divorce lawyers to assist him.

Earlier this month, news emerged that the 27-year-old Doncic and 28-year-old fashion fitness model Anamaria Goltes have split, with the woman previously filing a court application requesting Doncic to pay child support and legal fees.
The Los Angeles Lakers point guard subsequently requested the judge to dismiss the application, claiming Goltes filed the lawsuit in an incorrect country, and that the application is procedurally flawed and lacks legal validity. Leading his legal strategy this time is the famous Laura Wasser.
Wasser, known as the "Divorce Queen" for her remarkable track record in celebrity divorce cases, has recently been hired by Doncic to help him handle the legal dispute with Goltes.
This top lawyer's client list is star-studded, having represented numerous celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, Dr. Dre, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Garner, Ryan Reynolds, and others.

She also defended Johnny Depp in the sensational 2016 divorce case with Amber Heard; recently, she helped Post Malone win a child custody case against his former fiancée.
According to the New York Post report, Wasser joined Doncic's legal team just days after Goltes filed the application for child support and legal fees.
One of her first actions was to request the court to dismiss the application on multiple grounds, including that Goltes, despite having settled in Slovenia with her two daughters since last May, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles.
Doncic and the children are not California residents, and he stated that over the past year, the woman consistently refused to move to California with him.
Doncic informed the judge that before the woman filed the child support documents in California this month, he had already submitted an application in Slovenia, which covers child support and custody issues.
Doncic signed a three-year $165 million contract with the Lakers, and he claimed he has already covered all expenses for two-year-old Gavriela and three-month-old Olivia.

Therefore, he requested the court to dismiss the woman's application due to procedural flaws and non-compliance with legal regulations. The Daily Mail contacted Laura Wasser last week for comment.
The Daily Mail exclusively revealed that after Goltes suddenly moved back to Slovenia, Doncic quietly filed a restraining order requesting visitation rights for his two young daughters.
Last December, Doncic temporarily left the court to go to Slovenia for the birth of his daughter, and after a brief reunion, family conflicts arose, which have now escalated into an intense transatlantic custody battle.
According to reports, after Goltes gave birth to Olivia, Doncic pleaded with her to allow their older daughter Gavriela to return to California with him; after the argument escalated, someone eventually called the police to the Kranj maternity hospital.
Before the police arrived, Doncic had "calmly left the hospital"; officers then questioned the woman and reportedly also interviewed Doncic at his residence.
The police report indicated no signs of any criminal offenses or minor violations by Doncic.
