According to Transfermarkt, the Vietnamese national team is demonstrating notable progress in physique, boasting as many as 11 players who are at least 1.80 meters tall in the FIFA Days gathering of March 2026.

Specifically, in the goalkeeper position, the Vietnamese national team has three impressive tall players: Filip Nguyen (1.92m), Tran Trung Kien (1.91m), and Dang Van Lam (1.89m). This trio provides significant reassurance in the goal area, especially in aerial situations.
