Vietnam vs Malaysia match is extremely popular, one ticket category sold out completely

The excitement from the Vietnam team has quickly heated up the ticket market for the match against Malaysia, as one ticket category was bought out by fans shortly after sales opened.

As soon as the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) opened ticket sales for the match between Vietnam and Malaysia in the final round of Group F AFC Asian Cup 2027 qualification, the market immediately became "hot". Notably, the 300,000 VND tickets - the popular category chosen by many - were quickly sold out, demonstrating the strong appeal of Coach Kim Sang Sik and his team.

Meanwhile, the two remaining price categories of 200,000 VND and 400,000 VND are still available for purchase, but time is running short as the system is expected to close in the coming hours. The organizers expressed hope that spectators will continue to buy tickets to fill Thiên Trường Stadium, thereby creating a passionate atmosphere to support the Vietnam team. The frenzy for the 300,000 VND tickets clearly demonstrates the special appeal of this match.

According to the plan, tickets are sold from March 21st until March 25th or until sold out, through an online ticketing app. Three price points - 200,000, 300,000, and 400,000 VND - are offered to suit different groups of spectators. Purchasers need to verify with personal identification and will receive tickets via a delivery method arranged by VFF.

On the other side, the Malaysian team enters the match under special circumstances as they no longer have a chance to participate in the AFC Asian Cup 2027 finals due to disciplinary action from the Asian Football Confederation. This makes the upcoming encounter merely a matter of pride, but it does not mean this team lacks determination.

Coach Peter Cklamovski still sees this as an opportunity for the Malaysian team to improve their image and test their lineup. The team has gone to Thailand for a short training camp, stationed at the headquarters of BG Pathum United Club, and does not rule out the possibility of organizing a closed-door match, even with the Thai national team.

Despite no longer having pressure regarding results, Malaysia is still predicted to play with high morale, especially since they have not won away against the Vietnam team for a long time. In that context, the fervor from the stands - particularly after the 300,000 VND tickets "sold out" - promises to be a major support for the Vietnam team aiming for a perfect conclusion.
