Xuân Son expresses his love for Vietnam in his documentary.

Forward Nguyen Xuân Son expressed his love for Vietnam in his documentary, which was recently broadcast on VTV1.

The documentary "I am Nguyen Xuân Son" realistically introduces the life and career of the forward born in 1997, broadcast on VTV1 on March 29.

The film recreates Xuân Son's glorious moments on the field, especially during the 2024 AFF Cup when he and the Vietnamese national team won the championship.

Additionally, this documentary also reveals Xuân Son's personal difficulties, including a serious injury during the 2024 AFF Cup.

Thanks to the support from fans and teammates, Xuân Son overcame difficulties and returned to scoring after 10 months of recovery. Viewers also see Xuân Son's everyday, charming side in this documentary.

In particular, Xuân Son reveals his fear of frogs when suggested to eat frog meat. In this documentary, Coach Kim Sang Sik comments on Xuân Son: "When Xuân Son is present, the team's play becomes more diverse. Opposing defenders are forced to focus on Xuân Son. He creates space for his teammates to exploit. A typical example is Tuấn Hải's goal in the match against the Thai national team."
